Ross’s Comments – What you Need to Know about St. Tropez on the Bay
St. Tropez consists of three identical cylindrical towers that typically have six 3 bedroom units on each floor and vary from 1400 to 1600 SF in living space.
All three towers share the common areas, fitness center, pool deck, club house and cabanas. The project sits across the street from the beach and one has to cross Collins Ave to access the beach.
Higher floor units offer views of the ocean and some units have views of the intracoastal, Oleta State Park and city of Miami in the distance. In general, the south or southwest views from either Towers 1, 2 or 3 are impeded by Oceania IV and V across the canal from the development.
A big plus to this location will be the addition of Gateway Park, which is located directly across the street and is slated to open this year. This park will offer a playground, walking path, restaurants, open lawn, butterfly garden and performance stage.

SUNNY ISLES BEACH
The city of Sunny Isles Beach is located in the northeast corner of Miami-Dade County, bounded by Golden Beach on the north and Bal Harbour and Haulover Park to the south. Sunny Isles Beach is midway between downtown Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to business centers, entertainment, sports and recreational facilities, and tourist attractions. Residents and visitors can fly into either Miami International or Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International airports, or cruise into the Port of Miami or Port Everglades and be in Sunny Isles Beach within 20 to 30 minutes.
Almost one million vacationers visit Sunny Isles Beach annually to enjoy the 2 ½ mile-long beach and nearby abundant shopping, dining and entertainment options. Since the year 2000, the City has experienced a major redevelopment renaissance on the east side of Collins Avenue, the main thoroughfare. Zoning laws ensure that view corridors and beach access pathways will always offer residents a life with a view.
Several luxury high rise condominiums have been developed in Sunny Isles, including the Trump Grande, Acqualina, Jade Ocean, Jade Beach and Trump Towers. Currently, there are several incredible buildings under construction, including the Porsche Design Tower, Chateau Beach, Jade Signature, Turnberry Ocean Club and the Ritz Carlton Sunny Isles.
