Unless participating in the condo hotel rental program, owners are limited to rent their unit only once per calendar year for a term of one month.
The condo hotel program offers 2 options of either a 45 or 50 percent split of room revenues, however, there are certain hotel fees and expenses applied before the split that amount to approx. 20 percent.
The condo hotel programs have certain limitations for owners, including maximum days of usage per year (up to 180 days) and certain blackout dates.

The city of Sunny Isles Beach is located in the northeast corner of Miami-Dade County, bounded by Golden Beach on the north and Bal Harbour and Haulover Park to the south.
