All four connected towers are different heights that provide the building its landmark design of a soaring pyramid on the ocean.
Each tower has two units, semi-private elevator lobbies, ocean and intracoastal views.
Tower Four is the closest to the beach (07 and 08 lines) and Tower One (01 and 02 lines) is the tallest of the four towers on the south end of the property.
Compared to the many newer developments in Sunny Isles, Pinnacle has significantly more open space between the neighboring buildings to the north and south.
A new development called The Mansions at Acqualina is being developed on the adjacent lot to the north of the Pinnacle and it should be completed in 2014. Prices at Mansions start at $5.7 million.
