Ross’s Comments – What you Need to Know about Ocean Three

Compared to other new developments in Sunny Isles, Ocean Three has significantly more open space and larger setbacks between the adjacent buildings to the north and south.

Some of the best views are on the north side of the building where the neighboring condo is an older low rise building, allowing for open ocean views from lower floors as well.

The 07 line on the corner in the north wing has a fantastic layout and excellent ocean views.

With private elevator lobbies, only 7 units per floor, expansive common areas and resort area, this building is low key and private.

A number of units (04, 05, 06, and 07) offer flow through views of both ocean and city, with some beautiful west views over the single family / residential area of Sunny Isles.

The city of Sunny Isles Beach is located in the northeast corner of Miami-Dade County, bounded by Golden Beach on the north and Bal Harbour and Haulover Park to the south. Sunny Isles Beach is midway between downtown Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to business centers, entertainment, sports and recreational facilities, and tourist attractions.
