Ross’s Comments – What you Need to Know about La Perla

La Perla is one of the more affordable oceanfront condo buildings that was developed within the past ten years in the Sunny Isles market.

Set up much like an oceanfront resort, the condo allows up to 12 leases per year affording owners considerable flexibility to rent their property when not in residence. It even offers a dedicated kids play room and game room.

The 1600 SF corner residences (lines 02 and 03) are popular due to their large wraparound balconies, direct ocean views and spacious 2 bedroom floor plans.

The city of Sunny Isles recently completed the Newport Beach Fishing Pier that extends over 600 feet into the water and sits directly in front of the La Perla building.

The city of Sunny Isles Beach is located in the northeast corner of Miami-Dade County, bounded by Golden Beach on the north and Bal Harbour and Haulover Park to the south. Sunny Isles Beach is midway between downtown Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to business centers, entertainment, sports and recreational facilities, and tourist attractions. Residents and visitors can fly into either Miami International or Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International airports, or cruise into the Port of Miami or Port Everglades and be in Sunny Isles Beach within 20 to 30 minutes.
