The emphasis in Jade Ocean and Jade Beach is on the glass facade and building design, as well as the common areas and amenities, such as the Phillipe Starck inspired kids play room.
Several interesting features of Jade Ocean include the sunset and sunrise pools, fingerprint access to your floor via high-speed elevators, and an incredible valet / drop off area on the 4th level that directly overlooks the beach and ocean.
Less attention was put into the use of living space, for example, some units have large structural columns in the bedrooms (01, 08 lines), while others have dead space (Residence B1, B2 or C) in dens.
New construction projects are underway on either side of the Jades, with the Mansions at Acqualina under construction to the north of Jade Ocean, and Jade Signature to the south of Jade Beach.

The city of Sunny Isles Beach is located in the northeast corner of Miami-Dade County, bounded by Golden Beach on the north and Bal Harbour and Haulover Park to the south.
