The Jade on Brickell was developed during Miami’s last condo development boom. As one of the few luxury waterfront condos in Brickell, it has always been a popular building with both vacation home owners and full time residents. This 3 bedroom “flow-through” unit at Jade last sold in 2009 as a foreclosure for $860,000 and just re-traded this past week for $1,523,000, certainly a decent return on investment over a nine year holding period.
