Developed by Swire Properties on Brickell Key in 2008, Asia is a boutique luxury and waterfront building with a minimalist and Zen theme.

Brickell Key is an island city loved by residents of the several condo buildings and luxury Mandarin Oriental Hotel, with several shops, supermarket, green space, and the one mile baywalk surrounding the island.

With only 3 or 5 units per floor plus several layers of security to access Brickell Key and the building, Asia offers a very private and secure lifestyle within walking distance of the Brickell Financial District.

BRICKELL DISTRICT

The Brickell district is an urban neighborhood of greater Downtown Miami situated on the south side of the Miami River, which serves as Miami and South Florida’s major financial district. Brickell is also a dense, high-rise residential neighborhood with many upscale, luxury condominium, and apartment towers.

Referred to as the “Manhattan of the South,” Brickell is home to the largest concentration of international banks in the United States, as well as many popular Miami restaurants, shops, hotels, offices and places of entertainment. A few hundred feet east of the northeastern side of Brickell is Brickell Key, a gated island of exclusive, high-rise residential towers and the Mandarin Oriental Miami Hotel.

As of 2013, over 220,000 office employees work in the Downtown and Brickell areas. Today, the Brickell and Downtown Miami neighborhoods are the fastest-growing neighborhoods in Miami, growing from 40,000 residents in 2000 to 74,000 in 2013 with a median household income of $70,800.

The biggest driver in the area is the development of Brickell City Centre, a massive 5.4 million square foot mixed use project spanning four city blocks. It will consist of two luxury residential towers, a hotel and an office building, all connected by a high rise and open air shopping center with extensive entertainment, retail, restaurant and other offerings. Although Brickell is already considered a highly desirable to “live, work and play”, the addition of Brickell City Centre is going to be a major game changer for the city of Miami.
