23 Apr BRICKELL FLATIRON IS 75% SOLD & HALFWAY COMPLETE
APRIL 23, 2018 – Promising “unmatched quality of amenities and finishes,” the currently under construction luxury condos at Miami’s version of New York’s famous flatiron building are designed to allow for optimum functionality. Upgraded kitchens feature Snaidero motorized cabinetry with customizable colors, Miele under-counter wine coolers, and integrated appliances. Bosch laundry room appliances incorporate anti-vibration and noise-suppression technology, and floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors are all optimized for hurricane resistance.
Now at the half-way point in construction, CMC Group has announced that construction of the 64-story luxury condo tower will proceed at a rate of one floor per week. Because of attractive pre-construction pricing and enticing offers from the developer, more than ¾ of Brickell Flatiron’s 549 units have been sold and are currently under contract. A majority of the sales during recent weeks are from buyers within the northeastern US, who might be influenced by Trump’s new tax plans that affect New Jersey and New York more than Florida.
Top-off and opening of Brickell Flatiron is planned for summer of 2019. Standing at 736-foot-tall, the high-rise will take its place as one of the tallest residential towers in the US.
All residents will be able to take advantage of the building’s resort-style lap pool, children’s pool on the 18th floor, a private movie theater with stadium seating, billiards and cigar rooms, a wine cellar, 24-hour concierge and parking valet, an on-site vehicle washing and detailing, and electric car-charging stations, but the real attractions are the penthouses.
Located on floors 50 through 64, the multiple penthouse properties include both traditional single-story residences as well as two-story duplex and three-story triplex upper penthouses. Up to 6,500 square feet in size, the penthouses also feature 10- to 11-foot-high ceilings. Centrally located within the Brickell professional and entertainment district, the Flatiron penthouses will also feature panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. The two triplex penthouses include private rooftop pools, expansive terraces with summer kitchens and changing rooms, as well as private elevator vestibules within each unit providing access to all three levels.
At this time when developers continue to outdo each other in a fight to attract wealthy buyers at the highest value per square foot, the Brickell Flatiron will surely hold its own amongst those looking for the ultimate in luxury city living.
