One of the newest and most luxurious oceanfront condo projects in South Florida, the St. Regis Bal Harbour comprises of three separate towers, two of which are residential (north and south), and the third and central tower, the condo hotel building.

Although there are a number of pools and 9 acres of grounds, the pools and recreation areas for the north and south towers are reserved for residents only.

With either 3, 4 or 5 residences per floor ranging in size from 1500 to over 6000 SF, most of the condos are flow through units with expansive sunrise and sunset terraces.

The smaller 04 line sits closest to the condo hotel tower, and unfortunately, the view of both the ocean is partially blocked by the hotel tower.

The Village of Bal Harbour is located on the northern tip of Miami Beach and covers an area of 0.6 square miles. On August 14, 1946 the Village was incorporated and the first Council elected. From the beginning, the Village was envisioned as a modern community that would maintain exceptionally high standards, provide superior services and foster civic pride.

Bolstered by Miami’s post war prosperity, Bal Harbour’s growth escalated with the rapid sale of residential lots, the development of community resources and the construction of hotels.
